AUCTION SERVICES: We are a full service auction company, providing a wide range of services, including, but not limited to: Estates, Powers of Attorney, moving, consignments of antiques and collectibles, businesses, real estates, appraisals, etc.

1. Our goal is to provide you with the most professional, caring auction service available. We want your experience with an auction to be as pleasant as possible, regardless of the situation for which the auction is being conducted.

2. We do understand that an auction can be very emotional for the family or families involved when disposing of family and personal assets. And although we are not emotionally attached, we do have sincere empathy for our clients, and we do everything in our power to lessen the stress, or potential stress they may be feeling.

3. When I say "we will complete every detail for you," that is a fact. Julie and I are involved in the whole process of an auction, from start to finish. We personally take care of the inventory, sorting, advertising, research, set-up, and anything else that may be required to maximize the success of an auction.

4. Although we have extensive knowledge in antiques and collectables, and the auction business, we will not hesitate to research for additional information on items in our auctions. We not only have an extensive library, but also have access to many individuals knowledgeable in particular categories we can consult if necessary. The bottom line is "we leave nothing to chance."

5. It does make a difference on the preparation of an auction. We sort and display items in a way that maximizes the potential of receiving the most money for them during the auction process. We protect small collectibles and antiques from pilferage or damage by displaying them in show cases we provide. In addition, we provide tables, table cloths, labor, signs, and anything else required, all inclusive in our charges. There are no hidden charges for our services.

6. We advertise in a manner and in the proper venue, to insure we draw the most interest, and consequently the most people to our auctions. We also distribute flyers, maintain a listing of people interested in particular items, and have a publication with listings of individuals throughout the United States to contact when warranted. We have had absentee or phone-in bids from different states, such as New York, Michigan, Iowa, etc.

7. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with our services. We take the auction business very seriously. We want your business, and we want you to recommend us to your family, friends, and acquaintances, and we realize the only way you will do that is if you are satisfied with us.
